Prior to establishing Prudent Group in 2010, Dennis Klemming was primarily focused on supporting leading global institutions such as pension, mutual, and hedge funds with advice on the financial markets for 25 years. In 2001, Mr. Klemming founded Selector, an off-shore fund distribution company, which was acquired by Waddell & Reed Mutual Funds Group. His role included developing the product offering and establishing global distribution channels. Earlier in his career between 1989 and 2000, Mr. Klemming held positions in financial journalism, equity research, corporate finance, and equity sales in Stockholm, London, and New York with Carnegie and Alfred Berg (acquired by ABN AMRO Bank in 1995). Mr. Klemming holds double master's degrees in law from the University of Stockholm and business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Gareth Williams serves on Prudent’s Board of Directors as an independent director with more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. A former country head, managing director, and conducting officer, Mr. Williams has held various positions throughout his career in fund administration in various capacities including fund accounting, business development, corporate and domiciliation services, financial reporting/finance functions, product development, fund directorships, compliance and risk, internal audit, and human resources at Apex Fund Services, J.P. Morgan, State Street, Bank of New York, and Lloyds TSB.

Niklas Klemming started his career in finance at a young age, holding his first internship at Piper Jaffray’s Clean Technology and Renewables Corporate Finance group in London at only 16. Since then, he has held positions in the U.S. at a multi-family REIT (started by a former partner of Lennar) and subsequently, a structured credit, Goldman Sachs spin-off, fund management firm with $1BN+AUM, where he worked for the structuring and underwriting group on over $200MM of transactions. He holds a degree in Economics and Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
